April has been very, very dry in Glendevon.

Fun fact is; we used to live in Amersfoort, a city also known as ‘City of the Boulder Pullers/Towers’.

Never leave your chickens unattended in the vegetable plot.

I’ve been patiently waiting for a proper winter to arrive (one with plenty of snow), but so far even where we are (730ft up), we’ve only had a maximum of maybe one inch of snow!

I don’t know about you, my fellow growers, but my (green) fingers are itching to get started again.
