Preparation

Cook the porridge as you would normally, add some salt to taste. Then add the rest of the ingredients.

  • 1 tbsp Scottish honey (heather or blossom)
  • 3 tbsp (soya) yogurt
  • 40g oatmeal
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt
  • 25g blueberries (defrosted if frozen)
  • 25g raspberries (defrosted if frozen)
